Data may be missing from your dashboard view, but that data is not gone. It's likely that your sensor is having trouble connecting to our secure network and sending collected data to your dashboard. If the sensor cannot establish a connection, it will store data until it is able to connect.
Please follow these troubleshooting steps to reestablish your connection.
If there is a large amount of data stored on the sensor, it may take a few check-ins for the sensor to upload all of the data. Since the sensor checks in hourly, please allow at least a day for your stored data to populate on the dashboard. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need additional assistance.
